1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "best66", "we", "us", or "our" refers to best66.win and the legal entity operating the platform.
• "Platform" refers to the website best66.win and all services, games, features, and content accessible thereon.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the best66 Platform.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account on best66.win.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-withdrawable promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited directly by the User.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a best66 Account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the best66 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the best66 Platform and close your Account.

best66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of the best66 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. best66 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with international gaming authority standards. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
2. You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of best66 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are not a director, employee, agent, consultant, or contractor of best66, nor a close family member of any such person.
4. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from best66 or any affiliated gaming platform.
5. You have not been previously excluded from the best66 Platform due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

best66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of best66 services, you must register a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. One account per person: Each individual may register only one Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify best66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4. Account transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your best66 Account to any third party.
5. Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. best66 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee and to close dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the best66 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

1. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online transfer, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change without notice.
2. best66 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
3. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
4. Withdrawal requests are processed only after satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). best66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — before processing any withdrawal.
5. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically feasible. This requirement exists for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
6. best66 reserves the right to void and reclaim any withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

best66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

1. Bonuses are available only to registered, verified best66 Accounts in good standing.
2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of no less than 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
3. Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion. Expired Bonus Funds will be forfeited without notice.
4. best66 reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or claw back any bonus — including associated winnings — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, use of excluded games or bet types, or exploiting software errors.
5. Certain game types — including but not limited to certain live casino, table game, and progressive jackpot titles — may contribute at reduced rates towards wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
6. No cash equivalent of any bonus is available. Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts.

7. Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting products available on the best66 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition:

1. best66 uses independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the relevant game provider and verified by third-party testing agencies.
2. All live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios. Outcomes are determined in real time by physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) under studio monitoring.
3. best66 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error materially affects the game or odds; (b) a bet is placed after an event's outcome is determined; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or event irregularity; or (d) odds were published in error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the best66 Platform and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account
• Providing false or misleading identification information
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any corrupt wagering activity
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing best66 staff, live dealers, or other users
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, while misrepresenting your location

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the best66 Platform — including but not limited to the best66 brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, imagery, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of best66 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of Platform content without express written consent from best66 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, best66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security

best66's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by best66's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Responsible Gaming

best66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. In accordance with international gaming authority requirements:

1. Access to the Platform is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years or older.
2. Users may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and wagering limits within their Account settings. These controls take effect immediately upon activation.
3. Users may request a self-exclusion period of no less than 24 hours and up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be disabled and all marketing communications will cease.
4. best66 operates a Player Protection Programme and will take proactive steps — including account intervention — where there are observable indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

12. Account Termination

best66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the User via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable compliance checks.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which best66 holds its operating licence.

best66 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be accessible at best66.win/terms-conditions. Where amendments are material, best66 will provide notice via email to registered Account holders where practicable.

Your continued use of the best66 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
